What We Need From You To Proceed

If you wish to instruct us in this matter and in order for us to formally set you up as a client we would be grateful if you would provide us with the following which is required by Law Society and Money Laundering Regulations:

1. A certified copy of your passport or driving licence (we can arrange  this for you for no charge if you attend our office at 90-92 Parkway, London NW1 7AN);

2. Two utility bills illustrating your name and address (no more than 3 months old);

3. A copy credit card or bank statement;

4. Completed Application Form (see page 9);

5. A signed copy of our firm’s terms and conditions (see pages 10 to 18);

6. A cheque (made payable to Comptons Solicitors LLP) for £1000 on account of our costs so that we may pay disbursements (such as Land Registry fees and title searches) when they fall due. Alternatively you can pay over the phone by calling Lee Cassidy in our accounts department on 020 7482 9515 or pay on line (using reference JSC.PCL) using the following bank details:
